It looks like my brain may have been damaged by alcoholism.
Is there any medication to help repairing my brain?
What are the names?
Or do you suggest any vitamins?
Thanks!

B vitamins are good, Niacin and Thiamine in particular. Alcoholics often have Thiamine deficiencies from what I’ve heard.
I doubt if you have any serious brain damage, though. Your spelling is excellent and you had only one minor grammatical error in your question.
If you seriously think you might have that problem, maybe you should talk to a doctor.
I would try going to a local health food store and get a vitamin for focus. Also there are homeopathic detox that could help. Really only time heal, but there is stuff out there to help you heal!! Sorry I don’t know the names, but an employee there or even a natropathic doctor could help as far as the homeopathic. Didn’t really believe in those doctors until they helped me with an issue I had. The only bad thing is there not covered by insurance, but it is worth the money! Good luck, and congrats on kicking that nasty addiction!!
The brain can repair some things by using a different part of the brain. Many TV reports have shown this. Continual use of chemicals and meds will eventually diminish the upper brains. The lower brain does well for the auto functions even when the patient is unconscious.
The most important thing as you know(not being insulting) is not to drink
Good nutrition is important-Fish contains fatty acids these can help brain repair
vitamins-The B vitamins in particular are often deficient in the alcoholic-Parentrovite is very good you may have already had this as part of your treatment
lots of fruit and vegetables-again vitamins and anti oxidants
Cocoa
NO smoking-I know hard to do but try
Use your brain stimulates neurones to work cross words soduku etc
Attend your AA meetings if you go will help motivation
Difficulty walking, blurred vision, slurred speech, slowed reaction times, impaired memory: Clearly, alcohol affects the brain.
You need to consult a physician if you feel like you’re affected by alcoholism from the past, which has carried over into your sobriety.
There are various vitamins you can take if you consult a health-food shop and just explain that you’re concerned about the effect that alcohol has had on your brain.
I take a compound of Vitamin B, Phosholipids, Vitamin-E and Nicotinamide which helps counterbalance the damage done to the body by drinking. What I take is mainly for the liver however, so you’d be best to consult a qualified doctor. I hope things improve, and I’ve attached a link to some information.
