    yes this is true! people with bipolar have claimed that raw foods have been extremely medicating and helpful in dealing with their illness

    Love your vids more and more. I was depressed (had NO reason) since I am a little girl as well. NOW I know I already was totally hooked on sugar in those days!
    Then came the caffeinated soft-drink addiction and things wen worse and worse.
    RAW FOOD (yes low fat is the best for me as well). I’d say it saved my life!

    Greens are definitely where the magic is. Greens give great balance, clarity and calm.
    Thank you for sharing your experience– beautiful!!! Yes, in the midst of the initial detox, its crazy and sometimes even quite frightening to finally feel and see those emotions come out. But once you’ve lived through it– you can do anything!! :)

    Honey is great!! I love honey!!! Fruit & honey are great whole foods– when I refer to sugar, I’m talking about processed & refined sugar (white sugar, brown sugar, sucanat, etc..)

    There are parasites everywhere– you decide if they work for you or against you!!
    Sugar is completely addictive, I used to be so addicted to sugar, when I have a sugar craving, I know its coming from me. It may also be coming from the critters, but I’d rather take the full responsibility for it– and if it’s coming from me, then I have the full control of whether I act on it or not.

    thank you another great video.
    im not 100 % raw yet, but it has helped me with anxiety, I used to have to take anti-anxiety pills which still would’nt work but green juices/smoothies and a high raw diet has helped my mood a lot.
    keep making ur vids I just love them.

    When I first went raw and eliminated all the processed foods – I went into a BIG emotional detox .. I cried and cried almost solidly for 2 weeks!

    Coming out the other side was a revelation – I hadn’t realised how much I had used stuff like sugar and cakes to numb my feelings.

    Now, I feel like a completely different person – I can think clearly and deal with whatever comes up in my life calmly.

    The book “Raw Emotions” by Angela Stokes is really helpful + lots of greens!
