Around-the-clock police protection sought at High Watch Recovery Center in Kent
BANTAM — A homeless man from New Jersey who threatened the CEO of a mental health retreat was ordered in Bantam Superior Court Monday to undergo an examination of alcohol or drug dependence on charges of first degree threatening, first degree harassment and second degree breach of peace.
